Who am I?
Marek Konarzewski is a professor of biology at the Institute of Biology, University of Bialystok and at the Faculty of Liberal Arts of University of Warsaw.
What are my academic interests?
Prof. Konarzewski’s main research interests are in the field of physiological ecology, and the emerging field of evolutionary physiology, from molecules to ecosystems.
What do I teach?
Prof. Konarzewski teaches ecology, evolutionary biology and co-convenes seminars ‘Environment’ and ‘Environment and Anthropology’ at the Faculty of Liberal Arts.

The ISSC will provide an opportunity to expose students to a truly interdisciplinary approach to most important global problems, such as climate change.
